Christmas Special Day Sixteen - Usopp

“Did you see that?” Usopp shouted, startling you wake as he makes a sharp turn on the snowy road.

“What?! What is it!” You yell, wide eyes as you look for the source that awaken you.

“They are having a petting zoo for reindeers!” Usopp said excitedly. You glared at him as he could feel the daggers on him.

“You scare the living shit out of me just to go pet some deer’s?” You growled.

“R-Reindeers…” Usopp dare to correct you. You were fuming but stopped yourself from exploding as you took a deep breath.

“Very well, we can go but we can’t stay long.” You decided. You glance over and smile when you see him beaming with joy. You can’t stay made at him no matter how hard you try. He parks the car and pay the fee and some seeds as you walk in the park. To your surprise, there were a lot of people here just to see and pet some reindeers. Usopp gently raise his handful of seed up to one and the reindeer slowly walked up to him, sniff the food and started eating it. Usopp raise his other hand and gently pet it.

“This is so cool!” He cheered.

“Ladies and gentleman! The moment you all been waiting for. Gather around to see the famous blue nose reindeer!” The announcer shouted.

“Blue nose?” You muttered.

“Maybe that’s why there are so many people here.” Usopp commented as the two of you walked over to the stand where the curtain is covering up the cage.

“Behold… TONY CHOPPER!” The announcer said as he pulls the curtain. Everyone gasp in shock as the reindeer turn to show his shiny blue nose.

“Oh, my god. It’s real!”

“What a freak!”

“That’s not even a real reindeer!” The crowd was laughing and shouted rude things to the poor reindeer. One dare to throw seeds at him. The owner does nothing as he just watches them torment the deer.

“STOP IT!” You shouted as you stood between Chopper and the crowd.

“You should be ashamed of yourself. Bullying this poor, innocent creature for something he can’t control of. Have you not learned from anything from Rudolph? This is Rudolph but with a blue nose!”

“Well, his doesn’t glow and Santa don’t need him.” One kid shouted. Your face was growing red as you were ready to blow the fume at that brat. But before you could jump over and strangle the kid, Usopp hold you back.

“Alright, show time over. If you want one on one time with Tony Chopper, it will cost you 30 bucks.” The owner shouted as he shoos away the crowd and pull the curtain to hide Chopper once again.

“Come on, let’s go.” Usopp suggested, trying to pull you out of the park.

“Uh… sure thing but um… I need to use the bathroom so just stay here and I’ll be right back.”

“Uh… sure thing. I’ll wait for you here.” Usopp said as he watches you go. He waited… and waited… and he keep checking the time.

“Man… What is up with woman taking so damn long when they go to the bathroom.” Usopp muttered. Then he heard a boom and some shouting. He finds the source of the screaming when you were jumping above the crowd on Chopper back. Usopp jaw drop as he stood there trying to figure out whether to be amazed or worry. But he didn’t have much time to think as he sees the two of you running toward him. He tries to run but he was grabbed and pulled on to the galloping reindeer. He sat backward as he watches the angry owner trying to chase them down.

“What the hell are you doing, ______?!” Usopp shouted. You look back and grinned.

“Freeing Chopper so he will meet Santa and save Christmas.”

“That is not a logical excuse!”

“Hold on!” You stated as you and Usopp grip the reindeer fur as he jumps and flew up in the sky.

“W-WHOA! We’re flying!” Usopp shouted in fear as he manages to turn around and grabbed onto you. Then Chopper landed as the three of you gallop away from the ranch.

Time skip~

“So… what are we going to do with the reindeer?” Usopp asked.

“Take it home with us of course.” You said in a matter of fact tone as you got off the deer.

“What do you mean, take him home? Where are, we going to put him? Where is, he going to sleep? What are we going to feed him? How- “Usopp was interrupted when Chopper started to cuddle with him and rubbed against his face.

“Well, I guess we can work something out.”

“Yes! Great work Chopper! Welcome to our family! I can’t wait to show you the rest of our gang and you are going to love them.” You cheered as you swear you see the reindeer smile. Chopper was happy to find a place called home.
